    Future Leaders in Action Fellowship

    Future Leaders in Action (FLiA) is dedicated to cultivating leadership and supporting youth through our fellowship program. Fellows, either current college students or recent college graduates, are placed with a partner community organization for four to fourteen weeks. They work on-site and full-time at the partner organization to implement and evaluate a recurring program that supports children and youth in one of the following areas: Advancing Skills for Success, Promoting Public Health, Providing Enrichment Opportunities, or Protecting the Environment.

    Award / Eligibility Details:

    Throughout the fellowship, fellows are responsible for fundraising at least $500 for Future Leaders in Action. Fellows have explicit objectives and work with the partner organization and FLIA in implementing and evaluating a program. Fellows must submit an evaluation and report of their work upon completion. The result is professional and leadership development in a fast-paced learning environment.
