AICPA Scholarships for Minority Accounting Students
Return to Fellowship SearchThe AICPA Minority Scholarship awards outstanding minority students to encourage their selection of accounting as a major and their ultimate entry into the profession. For over four decades, this program has provided over $14.6 million in scholarships to approximately 8,000 accounting scholars. Recipients receive individual awards of up to $5,000 per academic year.
Award / Eligibility Details:
Candidates must be U.S. citizens. Minority undergraduates: declared accounting majors with an overall and accounting GPA of at least 3.0, completed 30 credits including 6 in accounting, full-time (unless you are completing your final semester of study). Graduate students: Previous undergraduate accounting major, accepted in a masters-level accounting, business administration, finance or taxation program OR any undergraduate major who is presently accepted in a masters-level accounting program AND is enrolled as a full-time graduate student (unless you are completing your final semester of study).
